Alex R. Thompson
Co-Founder and Program Director
Alex R. Thompson holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from National Tech University, with a concentration in Digital Equity and Policy Implementation. With over a decade of experience in technology-driven initiatives, Alex has been at the forefront of bridging the digital divide by designing programs that connect underserved communities with essential resources like free smartphones and internet services.
Alex has led the development of streamlined application systems, making it easier for thousands of families to access government assistance programs. In 2022, Alex received the Digital Empowerment Award from the Global Connectivity Alliance for his innovative solutions in expanding digital access.

Director of Outreach and Partnerships
Sophia K. Smith graduated from the University of Innovation and Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Community Development and a focus on Tech Accessibility. As the Director of Outreach, Sophia has fostered partnerships with over 50 organizations, helping amplify the reach of free government programs for smartphones and internet services.
Sophia’s commitment to social impact has resulted in over 10,000 individuals benefiting from educational workshops and application support services. She is a frequent speaker at conferences on digital equity and community engagement, sharing strategies to empower low-income households through technology.
