Within 30 Days of Activation

If your phone, accessory, or SIM card is lost, stolen, defective, or damaged within the first 30 days, contact Free iPhones Customer Service immediately. Replacement SIM cards and accessories will be provided at no cost. For defective phones, you must return the phone to Free iPhones at your expense. Upon determining the phone is defective, Free iPhones will ship a replacement device.* If the phone is lost, stolen, or damaged, a $55.00 fee applies before a replacement phone can be sent.

After 31 Days of Activation

For issues reported beyond 31 days, notify Free iPhones Customer Service. Replacement SIM cards, chargers, or batteries will cost $5.00 per item. Lost, stolen, or damaged phones require a $55.00 payment for a replacement device.*

*Replacement phones may be refurbished models.

Return Period

Devices purchased from Free iPhones online or through a representative can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus applicable fees. No early termination fees apply.

Device Condition

Returned devices must be in like-new condition, free of physical or water damage, and in the original packaging with all components (device, battery, charger, manual, unopened software). Missing components or damage may result in the return being rejected.

  1. Request an RMA Number: Call Free iPhones Customer Service at 1-886-275-1680 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Prepare Your Device: Remove personal data and wipe memory cards to protect sensitive information. Keep or destroy any removable storage, such as SD cards.
  3. Package and Ship: Include a copy of your invoice or receipt with your return, and pack the device in its original packaging with all components. Returns must be postmarked within the return period.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 60 days, depending on your financial institution. Shipping charges may apply, and restocking fees may be deducted.
